Essential Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility:  must be 18 years or older
2. Entry Period: From the moment the giveaway is posted on instagram until May 31, 2024, at 7 AM.
3. How to Enter: Follow Mentawai Surf Camp, like the post, share it on your stories and register your email here
4. Prize Details: 12 days free surf experience and return transfers from Padang to camp from August 19th - 30th, 2025. Shared accommodation, all meals, including drinks on the daily boat (some alcoholic drinks) videography of your surf experience, fast unlimited internet connection and surf guides/coaches. The prize is non-transferable. Does not include Mentawai Regency surf tax.
5. Winner Selection and Notification: Every person that nominated the winner for the Trip Ambassador position, enters an online lucky draw competition to join the ambassador on the same trip. Everyone who wrote the instagram handle of the winner (after the hashtag #Inominate) before May 31 2024 at 7am indonesia time in the comments of the giveaway post, will be emailed with detailed instructions of when the Lucky Draw will be executed. The winner will have 1 month to claim the price.
6. Publicity: Participants agree that Mentawai Surf Camp may use their names, images, and entries for marketing purposes in connection with the giveaway. This use may include, but is not limited to, promotional materials and social media posts.
7. Release of Liability: Mentawai Surf Camp and its organizers are released from any liability for any harm or losses arising from participation in the giveaway or from winning/using the prize.
8. Privacy Policy: The personal information collected during the giveaway will be used to add participants' emails to our newsletter list.
9. Dispute Resolution: The giveaway is governed by the laws of West Sumatra, Indonesia. All disputes arising in connection with the giveaway or the prize will be resolved in accordance with regional local law.

Commonly Overlooked Aspects:

1. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
2. Odds of Winning: An online Lucky Draw with the names of all participant and their IG handles written down once.
3. Cancellation and Modification Rights: We Reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway if it cannot be executed as planned for any reason, including technical failures or unauthorized intervention.
4. Tax Responsibilities: Mentawai Regency Tax is NOT INCLUDED
5. Platform Disclaimers: Mentawai Surf Camp 2025 giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platforms used to promote the contest.
